Liz Willis is a pediatric speech therapist and behavior analyst in Northern New Jersey. She works full time for an educational organization in Pennsylvania, wearing several different hats. She is currently a telepractice coordinator, providing training and ongoing support to special educators that are delivering a variety of special education services and supports virtually. She also provides coaching and training on the use of ABA strategies to preschool teams working with students with autism. Liz owns a small private practice called Communication and Behavior Solutions. She provides direct service and consultation to clients in both NJ and PA. She also enjoys sharing tips and strategies for parents in the areas of speech and language, play, social skills, and more recently in the area of literacy development.
Stephanie Willis is an elementary school media specialist, literacy specialist and former classroom teacher, also from the Northern NJ area. In her first several years of teaching, Stephanie developed a passion for teaching reading and writing, which led her to pursue a Masters in literacy instruction from the Teachers College at Columbia University. She enjoys teaching the foundations of reading and supporting her students in their development of more complex literacy skills. She also enjoys working closely with teachers and helping them to enhance their literacy instruction in the classroom. Stephanie shares her passion for all things literacy related with other educators and parents on her social media @theliteracyparty.
