"Thank you for making this excellent, research-based learning opportunity that is both extremely accessible and affordable. This is the best kind of PD: it’s one hour at a time so I can learn and then have time to synthesize and apply. It provides information I can apply to my practice immediately; and I can listen and learn while I drive, fold laundry, etc. thanks for the research and resources!"

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hilary McClinton (she/her)
I live in British Columbia with my family, where I have supported the neurodivergent community for over 20 years. I have served on the BC-ABA board for two terms, working with colleagues to provide educational resources and disseminate applied behavior analysis. While I have been practicing as a behavior analyst for over 10 years and gain experience in many roles, I feel the bulk of my learning has occurred in the last 5 years. Within my current practice, I specialize in sleep treatment and mentoring new practitioners to find their own niche. I continue to provide support for families in their homes, incorporating my training in Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). I am practicing more in line with my values as a parent, and clinician, while learning more about how I can serve compassionately, humbly, and with integrity.
