Refunds / Cancelations for Digital Products & Services

Refunds are not available for subscriptions if products and services within the subscription have been accessed or used. Refunds are also not available for purchased digital downloads, with the exception of errors / typos within certificates of attendance. If there is an error with certificates of attendance please contact us to have it corrected. If the error persists after we have attempted to correct it you are eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for purchased certificates of attendance if the participant has failed a quiz, has opted to stop attempting to pass the quiz, or has failed to initiate the quiz. Refunds will not be issued for courses when any of the digital material has been accessed. If a course has been purchased accidentally refunds will not be given, however you may contact us to inquire about a credit on your account. If a course has been cancelled refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation. Please contact info@slpnerdcast.com with any questions.  

In instances where subscriptions are purchased with a free trial or promotional period you will be notified of SLP Nerdcast billing procedures via email at time of purchase.  By making these purchases you give consent to be billed at the full advertised price at the end of the free or promotional period.  Please contact info@slpnerdcast.com with any questions.

Prices for products and services offered by SLP Nerdcast may change at any time. SLP Nerdcast does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Refunds and Fee Policies for Cooperative Course Offerings

Refunds: Cooperative course offering fees are non-refundable. If a cooperative offering is canceled, the co-op fee may be applied to another cooperative offering registered by SLP Nerdcast to be registered within 12 months of the end date of the originally scheduled course offering. 

Fee Policies: There are several fees accrued when registering a course for ASHA CEUs. There is an initial registration fee paid to ASHA and a fee paid to SLP Nerdcast. Fees are paid to both parties at the initial time of the initial registration. There are additional processing fees paid each time thereafter the course is held. After a course is initially registered with ASHA for ASHA CEUs it will not need to be re-registered for 5 years from the first date of the course. At the five year mark the initial registration fee will need to be repaid. These fees are subject to change. Please check in with us to confirm an updated fee schedule.

Gift Certificates

Refunds are not available for gift certificates. By purchasing our certificates you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy.

Shipping & Delivery Times

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

COVID Related Delays

When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/mugs/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@slpnerdcast.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@slpnerdcast.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@slpnerdcast.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges for physical merchandise, digital products, or continuing education courses (with the exception of repeated typos on a certificate), but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@slpnerdcast.com!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@slpnerdcast.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Refunds are not issued for buyers remorse or accidentally purchased items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@slpnerdcast.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
